No wonder Michigan is cash strapped

It's no wonder Michigan is cash strapped when a 60 year old can work 13 days for the state and qualify for lifetime discounted medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Here is the story from the Detroit News.

So you are telling me Michigan has to enact a service tax instead of closing loopholes like this or cutting back welfare or other social services?

I swear any person that has any common sense whatsoever could balance this Michigan budget in about 45 minutes.
