Undercover cops try to provoke riot at N.A. Integration Summit

Three stupid cops who went undercover tried to provoke a riot in Montebello, Quebec. There was a peaceful protest going on and these three cops tried to get other protesters to fight with cops.

The cops were identified by the bottoms of their shoes which contained a yellow triangle same as cops arresting them.

This is what fascism does to nations. The right to peacefully assemble being squashed right before our eyes.

Homebrew 535 ft. water slide.

Friday, August 17, 2007

Well it's August no one seems to be working, Congress is on vacation, Bush is on vacation , the "people who are supposed to create and start a government in Iraq so American soldiers can go home" are also on vacation.... Well I could write an entire page about how messed up that is but how about a fun story.

What happens when beer and ingenuity are mixed? Well a Homebrew 535 ft. water slide is what happens :)

Heavy machinery and beer, must have been fun.

Total U.S. borrowing 1776-2000 = $1.01 trillion

Tuesday, August 14, 2007

Total U.S. borrowing 1776-2000 = $1.01 trillion. That's not 1976 that's 1776 please make note of that. 224 years to be exact.

Anyone care to guess what our current president has borrowed while on the job?. I'll give you a minute to make a guess.........

Well if you Guessed $1.05 Trillion in the last 7 years you were right on the money no pun intended. People are going to say "well we had to because of 9/11". Wrong.... Throwing money at a problem should never be a end all solution, it is plain and simple ignorance on the top tier level of government that caused this.

The current U.S. Treasury comptroller David Walker is screaming his head off trying to warn us that judgment day is coming and it is not going to be pretty.

Reasons:

  • Health care cost
  • Retirement of baby boomers
  • No one saves money anymore / credit addiction
  • Reliance on foreign lenders
  • Unsustainable path on energy
  • Fiat (paper) money devaluation at records rates. Since 2001 the dollar has been devalued by 60%.
  • Lack of fair trade with other countries on a 1 to 1 ratio
  • Greed in the housing markets over the past 7 year
  • Over-confident and over-extended military in foreign lands and fiscal irresponsibility by the central government”

Abuse of Katrina recovery zone tax breaks

As usual there seems to be no oversight on tax breaks for the rich.

Tuscaloosa, Ala which is 200 miles from the ocean is part of Gulf Opportunity Zone Act of 2005 which is meant to stimulate construction in the storm damaged areas. So rich people are throwing up million dollar condos and receiveing huge tax breaks because of it.

Never mind Tuscaloosa only received heavy rains and a little bit of heavy wind damage.

Here's the whole story.

In case you missed it....

Saturday, August 11, 2007

In case you mised it Steve Skvara a retired steel worker totally blew away the nation with an emotional question asked to the Democratic candidates. His question regarded health care and what can be done about it. His question was by far the most important moment of this election process so far.

Here is a video of it along with an interview with Chris Matthews:

Invading Baghdad Would Create Quagmire... circa 1994

Friday, August 10, 2007

I can't believe my eyes and ears watching this video.

Dick Cheney in 1994 was interviewed and the words out of his mouth are the same words that are on the front page of newspapers concerning the Iraq war right now.

So nine years really makes a difference on whether to invade a third word country that barely has an army, has no air force, and is in relatively good working order? Were the Iraq people totally happy before we invaded? No, but I bet they would rather have that peace than what they have now.

If you think they hate us now article.

China threatens to crash U.S. economy

Tuesday, August 07, 2007

You thought I was kidding back on July 10 when I noted an article about "what if China stopped taking our IOU's" and cashed in it's T-bills.

Well now it is huge print size front page of Drudge with "CHINA THREATENS TO TRIGGER US DOLLAR CRASH"

This is real, China is very heavily invested in the U.S. and because of that they have a huge bargaining chip if they ever need it.

Rudy Giuliani's daughter will not vote for him,

Monday, August 06, 2007

Uh oh.... Looks like Rudy Giuliani has a daughter and she is not going to vote for him.

A Slate reporter cornered her on her Facebook profile which mentioned she was a Barack Obama supporter. This is a clear indication of what kind of person Rudy Giuliani is and should be a warning sign to people about voting for him. The daughter knows something the general public needs to know. If you really think about it if Rudy was honest, deserving, and not corrupt the daughter would have no problem supporting her dad.

Ronald Reagan stated in a book that he thought Rudy Giuliani was crazy.

Wake up people, start doing some research before you cast your vote.

Finally.. A well known conservative speaks the truth

Saturday, August 04, 2007

Newt Gingrich a very well known conservative Republican made a speach recently to the group "Young Republicans" and he spared no punches to the current administration handling of the Iraq war.

"We have to take this seriously," said Gingrich. "We used to be a serious country. When we got attacked at Pearl Harbor, we took on Imperial Japan, Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany," he said, referring to World War II. "We beat all three in less than four years. We're about to enter the seventh year of this phony war against ... [terrorist groups], and we're losing."

"None of you should beleive that we are winning this war. There is no evidence that we are winning this war" the ex-Georgian told a group of about 300 students attending a conference for collegiate conservatives.

"Republican political doctrine has been a failure," Gingrich said. "Look at New Orleans. How can you say that was a success? Look at Baghdad ... We've been in charge for six years and I don't think you can look around and say that was a great success.

Incredible incompetence at being a successful student

Thursday, August 02, 2007

People bitch and complain about job's being lost to other countries, well I am here to tell you that there may be a partial reason for that.

First read this wonderful tale of academics in the USA.

(Austin Lampros the teacher should be congratulated for what he tried to do)

Now I assume you read the article, can you agree with me on a partial reason why America loses jobs? It's because our education system is a total train wreck, and we are graduating kids who take after their parents who as a whole are complete idiots who don't beat their children if they come home with a failing grade.

This is not going to change unless people turn off the F-ing American Idol T.V. show and interact with their kids about education. The U.S. is getting their ass kicked in performance in education as seen in these test results.

  • Latvia and Luxembourg beat the U.S. in Math scores
  • Liechtenstein and Macao beat the U.S. in reading skills
  • And finally Iceland kicked us in the nads on science scores.

Walmart wage to workers in Mexico = $0

Wednesday, August 01, 2007

Come to find out Walmart is leeching work of Mexicans and not paying them. They are deemed "volunteers" and that gets them out of paying them.

No wonder 30% of the population of Mexico crosses the border to find work in the USA.

What more do you need to know before you stop shopping at Walmart?
