Yep it appears Beavis and Butthead are on summer vacation in London.
Here is a great article about the "attempted" London bombings. The article points out how a group of girl scouts could have made a better attempt.
I would not be surprised if these attempts were an inside job to promote fear because it has been kind of slow on the homeland terrorist news front these days. Give the people a dose of terrorism so they don't mind the thousands of cameras watching them and the huge databases being made about them.
Kinda what Sen. Joseph Lieberman (I-CT) recommends here for the U.S. More cameras spying on us and more loss of constitutional rights.
Here's an ex CIA talking about what kind of attempt was made in London:
CNN has announced that it has cancelled a interview with Michael Moore regarding his new "must see" movie Sicko. The reason they cancelled the interview is because they landed an interview with Paris Hilton straight out of jail.
Are you kidding me? You mean to tell me that an interview with someone who has done nothing her whole life is more important than a thought provoking interview with someone who is trying to educate the U.S. about health care reform?
CNN should be ashamed of it's self. What this is people is a pyramid shaped dumbing down of America. What that means is the most powerful people of the world who are at the top of the pyramid demand that the next layer below them continue to dumb down the layer below them until it reaches the bottom and that is where 99 percent of us are. Each level profiting by doing so and of course the top level reaping the most profit.
They keep us occupied with powder puff entertainment news and sports instead of talking about the real issues.
Unbeleivable. This video makes me want to throw up. Those 1,000 lb bombs are being wasted in Iraq, they should be used to take out the Westboro Baptist church the makers of this video.
They are considered a hate group and closely monitored. They have a compound in Topeka Kansas where they spread their hate.
I feel sorry for the people who fall for this crap.
Real ministries don't have worship leaders who live in an ocean-front mansion valued at an estimated $8.5 million in an exclusive gated community in Dana Point, California. He travels by private aircraft, and stays in hotel rooms costing upwards of $3,000 per night.
In December 2006, he sent out a mailing asking for donations towards a new Gulfstream G4SP jet valued at an estimated $36 million.
Heres a great story about more fear mongering in the U.S. and it's cause is raw milk from a cow.
As always mega corporations plant fear into the public about stuff hoping everyone becomes sheep and goes along on the plan of going through them for massive profits.
It's against the law to sell unpasteurized milk for human consumption in the state of North Carolina.
Give me a F-ing break. Don't become a sheeple people!
story about a SWAT assault to make a misdemeanor arrest. The raid left a burned house, a terrified neighborhood and a dead dog.
Here is a story about a guy on a bike who is harassed for no reason before being tasered and thrown to the ground. This happened in Minneapolis / St. Paul airport terminal.
Cops slashing tents of homeless people in St. Petersburg Florida. Not everyone in America has a chance of succeeding in life. Some are born with mental problems, some have served in wars and have developed mental problems, some people just don't catch breaks in life that most of us take for granted.
"Sicko" is a Michael Moore movie/documentary about the state of Americas health care system compared to other nations. Whether you are Republican or Democrat please go and see this movie. Michael does not choose sides in this movie he simply tells it like it is. The movie is out June 29th in theaters. Sicko is endorsed by Oprah Winfrey and even FOX News.
This movie might make you cry, and will certainly make you pissed off at what the wealthiest, most powerful, greatest nation on the earth has not done about health care for it's people.
No one likes government run programs right? Everyone is afraid of a socialist state, all of the politicians scare us with words like socialism, communism, terrorism, and other ism words.
Well then why do we have public schools, police service, fire service, national park service, NASA, Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, Department of Education, Department of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Drug Administration, Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Interior, Department of Justice, Department of Labor, Department of State, Department of Transportation, Department of the Treasury, and Department of Veterans Affairs.
Give me a friggin break, whats one more government run program? If we are going to have all of those we may as well have a Department of National Health Care.
Speaking of first class health care here's a story about a Woman who dies in an Los Angeles Emergency Room lobby as 911 refuses to help and nurses ignore her.
"The Army now admits that it secretly dumped 64 million pounds of nerve and mustard agents into the sea, along with 400,000 chemical-filled bombs, land mines and rockets and more than 500 tons of radioactive waste - either tossed overboard or packed into the holds of scuttled vessels.
If you were to draw a triangle connecting Boston to New York and then out to sea that is where most of the confirmed dumping took place. Also off the coast of San Francsico there was dumping.
Walmart gives you another reason to go home and slit your wrists after becoming totally depressed while shopping there.
They have decided to become a Bank for the people who can't get financing elsewhere. Yep the same people who fall for cash advance loans, income tax advance loans, and car title loans will now be using Walmart for banking.
They will now prey upon the poor making them even poorer. Check out these fees:

Scooter Libby who is serving 30 month jail time and a $250,000 fine for five federal felony counts of obstruction of justice, making false statements and perjury in the CIA leak grand jury investigation.
In the briefs of the case a fun paragraph was found pertaining to the massive defense team that was quickly assembled to defend Libby:
It is an impressive show of public service when twelve prominent and distinguished current and former law professors of well-respected schools are able to amass their collective wisdom in the course of only several days to provide their legal expertise to the Court on behalf of a criminal defendant. The Court trusts that this is a reflection of these eminent academics' willingness in the future to step to the plate and provide like assistance in cases involving any of the numerous litigants, both in this Court and throughout the courts of our nation, who lack the financial means to fully and properly articulate the merits of their legal positions even in instances where failure to do so could result in monetary penalties, incarceration, or worse. The Court will certainly not hesitate to call for such assistance from these luminaries, as necessary in the interests of justice and equity, whenever similar questions arise in the cases that come before it.
In other words make sure to tell Bush/Cheney that they can't buy decisions in my court room, this field trip is over now go away kids.
Colin Powell who is undoubtedly a educated smart man has some novel idea about Iraq and Guantanamo Bay. He mentions that if the U.S. legal system is so great and fair why shouldn't the incarcerated at Guantanamo Bay be entitled to it. It would open up to the public what is going on with the inmates and the reasoning behind why they are locked up. Also starting dialogue with neighboring countries of Iraq might be beneficial.
The candidates that the media has choosen scare the crap out of me. I can't imagine four years with any of these people. Jon Stewart summed it up here.
Video:
Ron Paul seems pretty cool. See this link about a recent decision on his part.
This is one of the most amazing stories I have read in a long time, and it happened not too far from me. This is a funny story but only because Ben Carpenter came out of it without a scratch on him. It could have ended bad but it didn't.
Ben suffers from MS, that is why he is in a wheel chair. If you would like to donate to MS here is where you can do it.
In Paw Paw Michigan on the southwest side of the state a handicapped man was in his wheel chair at a intersection. He started to cross it in his wheelchair and apparently an 18 wheeler truck somehow hooked onto him and he was pushed four miles at speeds of 50 mph.
After digesting this story the last 24 hours I have thought all kinds of funny aspects to this story.
If you are not from Michigan a town named Paw Paw is pretty funny. Also a tv channel called Wood 8 Tv can conjure up strange images.
Ben Carpenter the kid in the chair had paw prints on his socks in one of the pictures.
The kid had a "I'm a Pepper" t-shirt on.
The 911 calls are classics, from a chain smoking grandma voice in the first one to a woman who sounds like she is about to be thrown in a wood chipper in the third call.
The kid said he had fun and was unfazed by the incident, he said he wanted to go back and look at the skid marks he left on the street.
The Citarum river near the Indonesian capital of Jakarta. Notice the man is on a boat, not foraging in a landfill.
One of the most polluted rivers in America is in Brooklyn, NY. It has an estimated 17 million - 30 million gallons of oil trapped in the auquifer next to the NewTown Creek. Of course the oil companies are whining about cleaning it up, yea the same oil companies that made $111 billion in 2005.
In Amsterdam bicycles have been a major part of transportation for many many decades. They are used by almost everyone from the smallest child to the oldest grandpa. A bicycle is a clean mode of transportation which leaves you healthy as well as the environment.
Cross the Atlantic ocean and you arrive in New York City. Bicycling is used there but not near as much as Amsterdam. Not only that but it appears that biking is not welcomed in New York City as seen in a recent raid and confiscation of bikes by the New York Police department (Here is the video in the article).
Kind of makes you wonder if some politicians want more gas consumed rather than people using bikes. During the bike raid 2 people were arrested for asking questions about why their bike was being taken. So much for a free society when you can't even ask a public servant a question.
Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) suggested Tuesday June 5 2007 that people who download copyright materials from the Internet should have their computers automatically destroyed.
But Hatch himself is using unlicensed software on his official website, which presumably would qualify his computer to be destroyed by the system he proposes.
Wow. How the hell did this guy get elected. I feel sorry for the people in Utah who are represented by this idiot, but then again they elected him. This corporate shill is off his rocker, thankfully no one who matters agrees with his views. I wonder how much he is getting paid by the software corporations for spewing this garbage.
The funny part of the story is the Orrin Hatch website being in violation of using copyright materials without the proper permission.
If anyone out there is thinking to themselves that Rudy Giuliani would make a good next president I urge you to read this article. This guy is a coward and the bad thing is that most people think of him as a hero from 9/11. Giuliani made $16 Million from speaking engagements last year because of 9/11.
Everyone... We can't elect this idiot. Please don't vote this loser in unless you want 4 more years like we have now. Do you like our current president, and do you think he is doing a good job?
